    Not losing weight on Clen/T3...Any advice?

    I don't know why, but during my first cycle of clen /t3, I didn't lose much weight at all. I did a ton of research and used the clen/t3 handbooks as a guide to construct my cycle. It seemed that things have changed since then after reading Hookers post.

    Stats:

    Age 23
    Height 5'9"
    Weight 212 lbs
    BF% I would guess to be at around 15% but not sure

    My cycle:

    Week 1&2:
    Ramped up to 100mcgs of T3 after 3 days.
    Started clen at 80 mcgs. By the end of the 2nd week I'm up to 140 mcgs per day. No sides to speak of.

    Week 3:
    T3 remains at 100mcgs per day.
    First day of week 3, I'm at 160 mcgs per day no problem.
    75mg Benadryl each night.

    Week 4:
    Begin cycling down T3 for the next 4 weeks.
    I will probably be up to 180 mcgs per day, but will adjust depending on how I can handle 160.

    Week 5:
    Still cycling down T3. May go up on Clen, but I don't plan on passing 200 mcg per day.

    Week 6:
    Still cycling down T3. Again, Clen will stay below 200 mcg per day. Benadryl at 75 mg per night.

    Week 7:
    Clen is finished, but still cycling down T3

    Training:

    Monday:
    8:00 am Cardio for 30 minutes on an empty stomach. Maintain target heart rate of 135-140 beats per minute.

    4:00 pm Weight Training
    Chest/Tri's
    3 exercises Chest
    2 exercises Tris
    3 Sets each 14-16 reps

    Tuesday:
    8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.

    4:00 pm Back/Bis, sets and reps same as Monday

    Wednesday:
    8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.

    No weight training.

    Thursday:
    8:00 am Cardio, same as Monday.

    Weight Training:
    Shoulders/abs, sets and reps same as Monday

    Friday:
    8:00 am cardio same as Monday.

    4:00 pm All legs
    2 Quads, 2 Hams, 2 calves.

    Saturday/Sunday:
    OFF

    Diet:
    Basically following the cutting diet sticky to a T as I weigh in at 212 lbs, I adjust for a little more protein.

    My diet and training has been VERY strict for the last 2 weeks, but my scale says I still weigh the same. Sometimes I'll get on the scale and weigh 216!

    What gives? I know I shouldn't judge by the scale rather by how my clothes fit, but I don't notice anything.

    Is there such a thing as a Clen non responder?

    BTW, I drink about 1.5 gals of water a day.

    I will begin supplementing with 10 mg Superdrol each day of the last 4 weeks of clen . I will also be adding some CEE to the mix.

    Were you using AS during this cycle. If so, drop the scale and get your bodyfat checked.

    If no major changes in your bodyfat, the Clen and T3 are probably bogus.

    I got both from anabolic -review.com. They seem to be very reputable on this board. Like I said, my original cycle followed the clen /t3 handbooks. For those who aren't familiar:

    2 weeks on 2 weeks off for the clen. 100 mcgs the first week, then up it to 120 mcgs the second week and beyond. I never got above 100 mcgs on my first cycle, cause I was scared to.

    After reading Hookers post about clen, I started going up in dosage. Today will be my first day at 160 (first day of week 3). I've got the usual side effect, headaches. They're not bad at all.

    Also, sometimes I have no choice but to take my last dose before bed. It doesn't keep me up all night, and I don't sweat like an animal.

    During the day, I experience some mild heat, but nothing like a DNP cycle. No jitters or nervousness, although, my hands aren't very steady when I'm writing.

    I hope this stuff isn't bogus. The $hit cost enough.

    Also, no AS during this cycle. I'm a little worried about the T3 chewing up my muscles. I was hoping that the clen 's anti-catabolic properties would battle this. To be on the safe side, I'm adding 10mg of Superdrol for the next six weeks 2 on 2 off.

    This dose is based off of Bryan2 cutting cycle I just read about.

    The T3 will eat muscle...for sure,Test needs
    to be run...IMO.

    if it is legit then I don't know what to tell you...The only thing I can think of is you have lost fat but gained muscle which has kinda balanced out in weight..

    I sure hope so.

    SS1476: The T3 is steady at 100 mcgs. BBT started at 96.2. Hasn't gone up any. I feel like I'm getting a very slight cold, so this morning it was up to 97.3.

    You seem to be focused on drugs as if they are miracles.

    I can get ripped completely w/out t3 or clen , by using a very sound diet and performing cardio and keeping track of progress.

    I.E., working for results.

    You said you were following a sticky, but you never listed what you ate, when, etc. I have a feeling your amounts were not right for your goals, hence your lack of results.

    May wanna check the basics again.

    ground,alarm...temp. then my fun days..lol

    Your numbers are low like mine. I was an
    average 96.6 before, not good IMHO
    Now @120mcg Im between 97.7 and 98.1

    I think because of "our" slower metabolism
    what we run, someone with a fater rate
    would run warmer than your # or mine....
    burning more fat...lucky b@stards

    As far as cold affecting...not sure if it does.
    maybe hooker would chime in.

    I'm not focused on that at all SC.

    Here is my diet:

    9:00 am Meal 1 (Breakfast) 45 min after morning cardio:
    6 egg whites, 1 whole egg
    1/2 cup (dry volume) oats

    12:00 pm Meal 2:
    8 oz Chicken Breast
    Green Veggies

    3:00 pm Meal 3:
    8 oz Salmon Fillet
    Garden Salad, minus carrots, red wine vinagerette

    6:00 pm Meal 4 PWO:
    50g Protein
    50g Detrose
    6 oz Skim Milk

    7:00 pm Meal 5 PPWO:
    8 oz Steak (very lean)
    1/2 cup (dry volume) brown rice

    10:00 pm Meal 6 Before Bed Shake:
    50g Protein
    6 oz Skim Milk

    I'm out of school for the summer, and I work from 9-4pm.

    BTW SC, I am busting my ass for results going to the gym twice a day and watching what I eat. Tomorrow I'll up the cardio to 45 minutes.

    I might add, occassionally I'll cheat. Usually on Sunday. Not a binge day, but more like a cheat meal.

    Today I couldn't help but to eat 4 Twizzlers. That is the extent of my cheating.

    One more thing SC. What would you classify your body type as? I can put on mass like no other with a high protein diet and heavy lifting sessions. But this damn spare tire around my belly is pissing me off!

    For the past 6 months or so my diet has been relatively clean. I've been staying away from fast food and anything fried. This past couple weeks though I have really cracked down on my diet and was hoping to get better results.

    When I was 17 it was much easier for me to burn fat. Now I'm almost 23 and it seems like everything is down hill from here. The clen and T3 are not being used as a be all, end all. They are simply an aid to get rid of this fat.

    The only thing is, I was expecting much more noticeable results. There are guys on here claiming to lose 5 lbs per week at moderate doses.

    Gonna take SC's advice and not rely too heavily on clen /T3. Gonna keep the dosage at 140 mcgs for the remainder of the cycle. Don't want to do too much damage to the receptors. Upped Benadryl to 100 mg per night.
