How much test enanthate??

so does this mean it would be no good to take 500/mg once a week?

It wouldnt be 'no good', but it wouldnt be the best way to go about it. Once a week causes unstable blood/plasma levels which in return causes more side effects. Twice a week is simply more ideal and a better way to run it.

Shooting twice a week will give you more stable blood levels. Don't think there'll be a big difference as enanthate

yes, there will be no difference in mass building properties, its the same dose of 500mg/wk, just split

injecting 2x a week 250mg/wk will also mean more stable blood levels, this in turn means less side effects, such as acne, etc...

For the same reason you cant take a months worth of pain meds in a day... you must inject test e at least twice a week in order to keep levels stable.

And to help with your decision, I agree with everyone up top and one of the likely sides of once a week will be acne, because your test levels will go up and down. ( Not the only side but one everyone will notice especially in summer!) jmo Go with 2 times get 25 gauge pins youll be fine, it actually becomes fun!!
