Well I got shit seized many times and only a few times I receioved the letter.
I will tell you something from my experience dealing with eastern europeans. Sometimes they will keep a package or 2 just to make some extra cash. I am eastern european born and i know how it goes over there.

The only time the mail takes a long time is christmas time. But in your situation its not coming. Are you out lots of $$?
