bench contest july 2nd just started cycle!

my buddys talked me into doing a bench contest july 2nd, this would be my first time doing such a contest. today i just started my cycle of 100mg ed of test prop and later adding some winny at 50mg ED! i will also be taking 20grams of the new CEE creatine ed as well. i know this is a short notice to do such a feat but my question is will the as kick in enough for me to get some good strength gains before july 2nd?? i do not want to get on the as that bloats me up like a toad thats why i picked the prop but is there any recomondations to anything eles that would be helpful FAST!!!

get some tren and run 100mg eod with the prop.

i have never tried tren dosnt that stuff give off some nasty sides though??

yes for some people it does. do a search for tren or fine sides. bolth tren and fine are the same thing

besides tren which kind of freaks me alittle, would help with low sides?

i have been using the high intensity training method and work out full force i took a month off from traing to let myself recoupe from 3 months of literal hell (and it just brought me down more than improve me) so as of now my strength is down to about a 280lb bench but it goes up quick for me and my current bodyweight is about 200lbs. i would like to do a 350+ bench using the new inzer anilator shirt i just ordered.

So you will be in the 90kg 198lbs class? With 350lbs that good.

not trying to blast you bro but in the 198 class I know guys with no shirt at 400 easy. Is this a real certified powerlifting meet or just a BP contest at a gym. But 350 is damn good for 198-200 lb person, damn good. Just not power lifting meet good.

no this is not no certified meet i would not even attempt that unless i was on every drug known to man to bench what those guys are now days

my last cycle of test e i benched 365 raw but that was 8 weeks into the cycle at a 210 bw. but that was a slow test hopfully this test prop will kick in soon so i cant perhaps get a 400 with the shirt which i could if things go like before.

ok just askin cause I know some sall guys putting up huge #'s in certified meets. Yea it sounds like you could easily get 400 with the shirt good luck man and keeps us infromed on how things go.

So if thats a good bench weight while on cycle, if Im 189lbs, and bench 350lbs does that make me really good ??!?! Never thought it was that much until reading this !!!
