    friend wanting to start...??

    alright my buddy wants to get on a cycle with me, he has been working out with me for about 2 years. his body is very different from mine though so i'am not sure what would be right for his first cycle. he has like absoultly no body fat. he doesn't want to blow up like the Hulk. he wants something to produce lean muscle mass. i want to put him on like a test prop and winny cycle. but he isn't thrilled about injecting everyday. he wants something like weekly.any suggestions on what would be a good starter?

    um the basic test enanthate @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks. only 2 hots per week with that one.

    also we need his stats. age/height/weight/ bf% cycle experience

    Yep, thats the standard beginner cycle. Also, tell you friend it's not the steroids that are going to make him blow up like the hulk, it's what he eats. You have to carefully monitor your diet in order to achieve whatever goals you want to reach.

    his stats are
    age 25
    hieght-bout 5'7"
    wieght-176lbs
    bf- low teens probably 13%
    no cycle experince at all, he has used M1T before.

    Test E at 500mg a week sounds good.
