ECA question

i've used the research feature and all before askin this. but i've found conflictin ideas of the amouts of each to use in an ECA stack and would like to know what amouts would b the best and also what kind of results can b expected in gen, i know that exact results vary from person to person.

btw my stats are, 6"1 198lbs around 18%bf, not exact on that, and i am 21 yrs old.

If you have never taken an ECA stack before I'd start off taking 200mg caffine and 24mg ephedra. As for the aspirin, use the childrens 81mg. Most poeople leave the aspirin out of the mix, me included, b/c it simply isnt that good for your body. You can play around with the ephedra dose once you feel comfortable with the dose your taking but there isnt any need to bump the caffine up.

thanks bro, i'm glad to hear bout the asprin part cause i have ulcerative colitis and i aint supposed to take any blood thinners at all so that's a releif. what kinda results do u think i should look for with the ec stack? also how long should i run this stack for?

It really all depends on your diet, do not expect to see a drastic loss in BF if your diet isnt on lock. You will however notice insane pumps in the gym when you workout, and alot more energy throughout the day, but if your goal is to shed BF keep a close eye on what foods you consume.

You can pretty much run it for however long you want but keep in mind the effects will start to taper off the longer you stay on. Id recommened running it for one month on, two weeks off. You need a little time off so your body doesnt get ammune to it.

hey does that mean that i would take 200mgs and 24mgs a day? kinda sounds like a lot, but it's prolly just me bein pariniod. i just wanna make sure i got everything covered before i start puttin stuff in my body

You are better off starting slow. 8mg. ephedrine with a cup of coffee 3X day (best with meals) for a week, 16mg. ephedrine with 2 cups of coffee 3X day for a week, 24mg. with 200mg caffeine from there on out. Remember it will take a little while before the edgyness wears off. After about 3 weeks at full dose you should know how you are doing.
For myself I cut down to 24mg 200mg 2X day (breakfast time and lunch time) because I was having trouble sleeping.
