We generally don't discuss names of UGL's (that stands for UnderGround Labs, in general). If you don't know what the abreviation is, then you usually don't need to.

However, there is also a source which is an underground lab, who calls his operation UGL (standing for Ultra Growth Labs).

Anyway, there was a member of this forum who got an abcess (that's an infection) from an Ultra Growth Labs product.
