should i front load eq for 2 weeks at the start of my cycle or is this a waste of money?

some people have a different perception of front loading you have to be specific, if you mean front loading like doing double the amount for 2 weeks then no its a waste of money imo. if you mean front loading like how people say im gunna front load d-bols to give me gains cause its fast acting and itll give me gains till my other stuff kicks in then still no. so either way it is a waste of money imo.
