Newb Needs Advice Desparately

Ok, I've got 20 amps of Omnadren 250 and 10 ml of EQ, along with Nolva and Clomid....what is the best way to layer all of these out? I've heard it all.

I was told to run 1ml of the omnadren every 3 days until shot 5, then stack that with the eq until the EQ is done, and then finish with the remaining omnadren. Also, should I worry about running any nolva yet, or would you begin it after the cycle? Sorry for my ignorance, I just don't do anything I'm not sure about. Much thanks bro.

5'9", 196 pounds......I'm a major newb, I've only done one cycle (20 ml/Fina) about 9 or 10 months ago, but I had no idea about post-cycling or anything, so obviously I haven't kept all of my gains, but my natural weight is 170
