What a good supp. to take?
Have tried MSM already.

tht glucosamine crap. i forget exactly what it is called. it is for arthritis.

glucosamin,chondriton,msm, should come in one pill. i use it and it does wonders for me. i use hihealth brand glucosamin supreme
