it's not going to make an impact on your cycle. if you did it everyday then it would be a big problem. the only thing is your liver is working hard from the juice already. it may effect your workout if your hungover.

i'd say ur fine just as long as u dont make it a habit. long as it's a one time thing, u do it too much and your liver is gonna want to kick your a$$

I've had a few beers here and there during this cycle I'm on. Haven't noticed any side effects. Probably not great for the liver, but if you're reasonable in your consumption of alcoholic beverages, I don't think it will be too big of a problem.

Alcholol promotes estrogen production, but, nothing to worry about with just those five drinks. Don't make a habit as it'll effect training.

im in college and get shitfaced on the weekends , while on a cycle. Beer, hard liquor whatever. Recently got blood work done and liver properties are fine. Im not recommending you do drink more, just saying i did and i was fine from it. Schedule drinking around working out, and as far as hangovers go it shouldnt be a problem

its not the hanovers lol... why drink on a cycle anyway?? party after...
why would you wanna take steps back when you should be looking to go foward.
i know theres people on here that drink and cycle at the same time and still look pretty jacked honestly im not one of those people.. if i drink it throws me off the next day... it just doesnt fit into my diet

5 beers-big deal-If you drink alcohol just drink alot of water. The amount of estro created by beer is 1% of that caused by the test-don't be paranoid.

i think what u drink makes a differance ,a vodka and cranberry would be a lot saffer than beer .

hangovers are always worse on cycle, also, cocaine hangovers are amplified, I just stay the f away from heavy drinking/drugging, one to two drinks per week.

no alcohol what so ever. if u did have a beer or 4 on the weekend, alot of water should be drank. i had liver problems do to excessive drinking & druggin. my liver would emmit a sharp pain every 10mins at least, all day long & especially when i sat down it was uncomfortable. now that i was scared, i stopped drinkin like i used to, took alot of milk thisle consistantly. the enzymes went down but i am on dbol w/ deca & test. i am expirienceing a little discomfort on my right side of rib cage due to the dbol. so just think how i feel, i want a good body on a over abused liver, i am just praying that i can make it through

How so? alcohol is alcohol?? it doesn't matter hard liquor or beer , it is the amount of alcohol you consume in one sitting, the total percentage of alcohol you consume. not what type of drink you have. neither is safer, the less alchol consumption, the safer you will be. if you have to drink or want to, drink the lowest percentage alcoholic drink that you could if you want to be safe .

alcohol is alcohol yes but a white spirt is cleaner on the liver and on the hang over, also whine and beer are high in estrogens.

Beer is the best for a bodybuilder.
It has a VERY low GI index, it has an abundance of chromium, and lots of vitamin B6 and B12 (among many other vitamins/minerals).
Low GI means it doesn't stimulate insulin release.
Chromium is essential for transport of amino acids in the bloodstream via insulin.
B6/B12 used to INHIBIT gyno.
Edit: Beer also raises HDL levels (good cholesterol).Last edited by spooledup; 05-10-2005 at 08:39 PM.
