    Nolva how long to kick in?

    I started taking 20mg/day of nolvadex 3 days ago to just get rid of some estrogen fat around the waste, and puffiness in nipples and also increase test a little bit. When should I start feeling any changes? I dont feel any yet. And is before going to sleep the best time to take these?



    fyi - I workout 4/week, eat okay but could be better, and cardio 3/wk.

    nolva is a pretty fast acting drug, should work pretty soon upon taking it
    take it anytime of the day
