    Hydrostatic testing is by far the most accurate.

    You can by calipers that measure BF. They are fairly accurate, user friendly and can be used anywhere incuding your home.

    The important thing to remember about calipers is that while the resulting calculations might not be accurate in an absolute meaning, they are accurate relatively. So you can use BF calculated from caliper readings to track your progress quite well. Just don't try to get in a BF pissing contest with someone else, because they will probably dispute your percentage.

    No, they are incredibly inaccurate. Don't bother with them.
