Preparing for the NPC comp. in September

I am 38yo male bodybuilder.
My stats is as follows.
Hight: 5'7"
Weight: 200lbs(off season), 180lbs(on season, about 6% bf)
Steroid history: 4 times in 2 years

I am going to compete a bodybuilding contest in Sep. this year.
Please give me any comments or advise regarding following cycle.

1-4wk Anadrol 50mg/d
1-16wk Test E 500mg/wk
1-12wk Deca 300mg/wk
1-16wk Tren acet. 75mg/d
13-16wk winny 50mg/d

IMO-Switch the deca to EQ, Start the winny at week 10 and also the tren at week 10. Also, during that last 6 weeks, you may want to add some t-3 into the mix. BTW anti-estrogens are a must!!!, You can also switch to prop or suspension during the last four weeks.

i would run the winny two weeks after test e. i find it make me more dense and vascular.

So you recommend somthing like this?
Is it too toxic to the body if I take tren acet. for 16 wks?

So you think it is better to stop taking all oils 2 weeks before comp.?

As for the prop, use 100 mgs eod. Tren is too toxic for 16 weeks, stick to six weeks.

BTW, is 300mg/wk EQ enough for me?
I am aiming middle weight class at around 78-80kg at the comp(TOC).

yeah i would say that tren is to toxic for 16 weeks. other then that i think it looks good.

I responded well with 300 mgs of EQ, you can use 400 if you want.

This does not look like any NPC compeditors pre contest cycle.
Not to burst your bubble but what show are you doing in September?? I'll be in Vegas in July.

It usually contains eq for the first 12
test prop all the way through
anavar after week 4 through to competition
clen in the end with winstrol
And sometimes I throw in some other compounds like masteron and primo but not this time.
You don't want to add anadrol because you will bloat up which kind of goes against the whole lose body fat mentality. 3 months out you should be looking to shed fat and don't plan on putting any more muscle on, that should have been done over the winter off season.
