Does anyone do this just to be on the safe side everytime you do a cycle, so there is no worries? Some people say wait until side effects of gyno occur. Why dont people just take it, its cheap and you dont really have to worry and keeps down bloat.

I would run 10mg througout. I have very slight gyno on right side and most of the time you cant tell I have it but it will not go away without surgery.
10mgs of nolva will also help the lipids.

I have heard that running nolvadex throughout the cycle can also help with PCT and allows HCG to work easier as the gonads are more ready to accept HCG. Is this true or a crock of s***?
