best times to inject and take VAR and Prop

Just wondering, whether you guys have any oppinions on whether timing of the above makes much diff ??

I realise that splitting my VAR dosage throughout the day, and some an hour before the gym would be best - I think ??? But what about prop ?? If I did it a couple of hours before the gym, would I notice it while working out or does it not work that quickly ???

2:33 PM seems to have the best effect for prop.

Just kidding, ed the same time should be sufficient.

so it makes no diff by taking it on the night AFTER the gym as oppose to during the day just before the gym ???

You don't really need to split up the var at least not like dbol. But what I do is first after breakfest and then after dinner. And before workout injections would really only work with test suspension maybe.

So what if I take my VAR first after breakfast, then one after work (About 4pm) then another lot before bed ?? Maybe 1 x 10mg in the am, 2 x 10mg before training, and then a last one before bed to make up the 40mg?? That sound like a good plan ??

Great plan. Now quit stressing the small stuff and get it on!

i shoot my prop every morning after i wake up and split up taking 40mg of var about 5-6 times a day.
