hey guys hows it goin, i am almost done with my current cycle which is:-
dbol 40mg per day - wk 1-4
sust 500mg per week - wk 1-12
deca 400mg per week - wk 1-11
nolv 10mg througout cycle
i have had good gains in size and strength and am very pleased with the results. i am now planning on going on my next cycle after i have had a break, obviously.
i have done 2 pervious cycles this is my third, the first one was
cycle 1
sust 500mg per week - wk 1-8
pct
(excellent gains in size and strength)
cycle 2
test enth 500mg per week - wk 1-10
deca 400mg per weel - wk 1-9
pct
(very good results in size and strength)
i am also taking supplements i take:
a-z multi vitamins
milk thistle
flax seed oil
v-B6
and my diet is good could be better but you all know how it is.
my stats are 22 yrs old, 5foot7 195 pounds i do carry a bit of fat but not alot,
i was hoping u guys could help me with my 4th cycle, my goal is to put as much mass as possiable for this year......
