nolva all at once??

Hey bros, having a problem i've never had before. I'm having some tenderness around my nips and i'm going to up my dose of nolva per day. I've been lucky having never had any gyno problems before, maybe because i always run nolva at 10 or 20mgs per day-on cycle. I'm thinking of uping my dose of nolva to 60mgs per day for a week or 2 , when i see some improvements i'll taper back to my normal dose. Question is do i need to spread my 60mgs throughout the day or bombard those 60mgs. all in one dose. Also i've never used (or needed) letro, do u think its wise to get some?

i would spread it out....ive never tried letro but im using rebound xt right now bc i heard that it works better than nolva for fighting gyno
