    Help with BP levels

    I'm going to be starting a new cycle here shortly, I had to stop my last cycle a little bit early due to too high BP and constant headaches and when I would be doing slow moving heavy reps I would get the worst headache I thought my head was gona expload like a grenade...

    Anyways... I was wondering what I could take on my next cycle to regulate my BP level??? I know one thing is hawthorn berry extract and how much would I need to take ed??? Also, anything else I could take because I can't go through what I went through on my last cycle again, it ruined my workouts...

    What was the cycle....We're you taking any anti-e's on that cycle?

    It was test-e 600mg/wk for 12 weeks and igf-1 for the first 4 weeks...

    A couple weeks after I noticed the strength finaly kicking in thats when the headaches and high BP started...

    Definitely take an AI to keep the bloat to a minimum. Limit the amount of sodium you consume as well. How high did your blood pressure get?

    Well as of right now I'm 120/80 but on cycle I was 140-160 over 80-90... I don't know how much of an increase that is but it seemed like a good bit to me and when I hit 160 the pain in the gym from headaches on those reps were soo bad I had to stop my cycle I literaly thought my head was going to expload or something....

    Excuse my ignorance but what is an AI??? I'm thinking your reffering to an anti-estrogen to keep the estrogen bloat down or do you mean something else???

    Headaches aren't a symptom of high blood pressure though.

    Oh, Well I thought it was bloodpressure related because now that I'm off I'm fine in the gym but I'll give an example

    Normaly on leg press's I'll do a slow 5-8 second negative movement followed by pushing it back up as fast as I can... Now that I'm off cycle and all finished up with pct and back to normal I do this fine... But when I was on cycle my head would feel like it was going to expload and it was the worst pain ever it was so bad it deserves a name other than "headache" because this was no ordinary headache... And I would get them every day in the gym too which would make things seem crappy...

    Yeah, it sounds like you might just be experiencing the effects of the extra bloat or even the ability to actually lift more and thus it's causing more strain on your body.

    Bump to see what other thought it was from... Excess estrogen or BP...
