frontloading dnp

i am planning on running dnp at 200mg for 30 days. I remeber joevette saying when he did this he frontloaded it the first day at 600mg. How would you do this? All at once or split throughout the day?

If this is your first time trying DNP I don't really think frontloading is such a good idea. People have very different reactions to this drug and it should be taken with extreme caution especially the first time.

I've frontloaded DNP before and it worked out very well. However I'd only reccommend it under the following conditions -
1. You've used it before at that same dosage long enough to reach equilibrium levels - 8 to 10 days.
2. You're using capsules from a batch you've used before.
3. You have antihistamines on hand in case you have an allergic response.

i ran it before up to 400mg for 10 days, and lost 9 lbs.

I returned your PM. At 400mg ED you've had your blood levels up to 1071mgs. I'd take all 600mgs at once with a meal.
