I am 4 weeks into my cycle and am using test 250. I cleaned the area and used an unopened needle, but have a small hard lump at the injection site. It isnt tender, and doesn't itch or anything. Is there anything to worry about. I have injected in same area on my glutes w/o any probs, but am now up to 2cc's and got a lump 1 day after injecting. Thanks in advance.
