I am currently running a 75mg fina and 100mg prop ed cycle and will be stopping the fina in wk 8 and adding 50mg of winny ed wks 9-16, my question is could I add in some IGF and if so how would I run it, would it be beneficial?

Yes you can. Also go to the gh/slin/igf forum as they have alot of info there... Mr. Sparkle wrote a guide on use.
you can def. add some IGF. might be a good idea.
igf is great but as meso said go to the igf/slin/gh forum lots of info there.
