    Need advice from personal experiences....

    I am looking into building the "ultimate bulking cycle". I would appreciate any input of combinations you guys have tried and had excellent results. If you have time, break it down week by week (and mgs and injection dates).

    no prob...gonna need some info though. ageg, stats, lifting experience, cycle experience, how long training, etc. the more information the better, but i can't give advice without these (and probably no one else will).

    give us your stats... age, ht., wt., bf%... also years of lifting experience as well as any previous steroid use .

    I'm 6 foot, 185 pounds, 22 years old, this will be my 5th cycle. First four included:
    anadrol , dbol
    deca , test e
    deca, winny (didn't find this site until after this one)
    deca, test, winny, nolva, letro, anastrozale, pct

    I am a personal trainer. I have been lifting now for about 5 years (seriously for about 2.5)

    I don't want anything to do with deca this time round, it gave me gyno on my last cycle.
    My body fat right now is 7%

    Should look at your diet bro, 5th cycle at 185lbs isn't alot

    What doses were you running that last cycle and how long? What kind of gains did you get? Sounds like you can train but can you eat? Do you know how to gain with food?

    5000 cals per day... 45/35/20 p/c/f

    with protein/dex Pwo..

    that is a great bulker...

    at 7% i assume you just need more size, because no one wants a trainer that is sloppy looking..

    1-14 500mg test e 250mg 2 x per week.. Monday Thursday
    1-12 400mg eq 1 x per week
    1-4 50mg dbol 10mg 5 times per day
    6-14 50mg winny.. 1 time per day..
    1-14 10mg nolva throughout
    15-2420mg nolva
    PCT... starts clomid etc 2 weeks after last injection...

    notice i listed the diet before the suppliments?? that is the key to a bulker, or a cutter..

    yes diet is the key to everything,moreso than roids,diet and rest.

    I would have to disagree on previously posted cycle. Test E is one of the longest acting compounds and EQ(boldenone ) one of the shorter. I would not recommend the test e twice per week and the eq once per week. Better yet, do the Test and Dbol together, put on 10 pounds of lean muscle with little or no fat gain, then cut up with the winny and Eq. At the end of 10 weeks you could have 8 lbs of solid muscle that you should be able to keep. No its not massive gains, but better than most people could do naturally in a year and you keep most of what you gain.

    The only 2 things I would change is throw the eq in w/the test twice a week and you might have to go higher on the test.

    Would it be smart to start the cycle with prop so it kicks in right away while waiting for the enan to kick in? or would the dbol take care of this?

    you can use prop or dbol to frontload, its up to you.

    Ummm... No EQ isn't unless he is specifically getting a short ester which I don't think was suggested.


    I think most people have already told you what you need to know. The diet and training our going to determine the mass gained much more than the gear will.

    I gained about 20 pounds and lost 10 when I got off. I lost about 5 from getting off, and the other 5 from doing cardio everyday. My bodyfat went from about 12% to 5%.....now it's back to 7% because my diet has slacked.
    5000 calories is hard to hit without eating high-fat foods. The only way I could hit that mark is to eat bad foods. It's more important that I stay lean because most of my clients are looking for weight loss. This time round, I'm willing to let my bodyfat go to put on some weight. My goal is to be 200 and keep it. So I'm looking to gain about 25 so I have some to give when I get off.

    That should put on some weight.

    My best bulking cycle was test and deca . I shot 300mgs of each, EOD.
