I'm taking GNC L-Glutamine 750 mg capsules as of right now and I take around 4-6 a day. I know it's more than reccomended but I heard it has no bad effect and I'm lifting intensly 4 times a day. I've been thinking about starting Pinnacles NO2 or Xplode but I'm leaning more towards the NO2 because I've heard mixed things about the Xplode. Is it ok to take L-Glutamine and the N02? What other legal supplements similar to NO2 would anyone suggest?

I'm 17 and I'm lifting 4 times a day because the glutamine heals the muscles quick or atleast I don't get sore and I get results. And as for taking the roids now I can't risk it, I'm gone for 2 years if I violate the terms of my probation and I turned my whole life around and it's not worth going to jail over when I can just bulk and gain more strength over the summer and take some legal supplements and then juice in Nov. But any suggestions on legal supplements to take I would greatly appreciate and I'm going to cut back the lifting to twice a day and space them out.
