counting 250 plus 250 is hard ill help you out 500 then count how many times u need 500 then times em together and u get an answer again if u dont remember u asked how many not how to use em that means counting and if counting is rocket sciece i dunno if you should even touch the shit haha

By the way man, your clomid should not start until 14 days after your last injection of test e. Also I would take 20mg of nolva during the first couple weeks of PCT. You can take a 10mg dose of nolva throughout your cycle if you are really worried/prone to gyno, but it can also be used as soon as gyno symptoms appear without having to take 10mg every day.

Yes, it is best to take your dbol weeks 1-4, 30mg a day spaced out over 4-6 dosages.
