When doin barbell shurgs are you not supposed to rotate your shoulders...i heard this is bad for your rotator cuff..any suggestions?

no bro dont roll your shoulders......just go straight up and down

yup - straight up then hold, then down thats the best way, no need to roll and rolling can cause injuries. but yeah, wrong forum!
