i think he's pretty serious. all the NO2 products just give you good pumps... although they do send more protein to your muscles... nothing, like that, in myopinion, will give you any huge gains... or really, good ones. protein, creatine, glutamine... etc. are the best things to take

M1T was the best I had ever seen but the sides sucked. I think you could use protein with at least 6 meals a day, MRP's can substitute, and lots of water with creatine. You can try all of the testosterone boosters but you would have probably just as good of luck using natural test boosting herbs. Man, there is no substitute for gear and the clostest thing was taken away by Bush. M1T was the "magic" legal pill but it's no more man.

Man you know what was the shit? I've taken a lot of different Andro's but Mag-10 by Biotest was incredible. Worked great. But can't get it no more. Oh well...so i moved on the gear and been loving it. Good luck I like NO Xplode.

Dont bother buying glutamine if your going to buy some protien powder. Basically, all protien powder container's all ready contain all your daily BCAA's, so buying glutamine would just be like pissing out money. And i saw some info the otherday about research done on Tribulus T and i guess it does barely anything to raise you est levels, i think. You might want to look into some research over that stuff. I say Protien, CEE, Multi Vitamin, and a perfectly balanced diet along with excercise and sleep, your set. Also, dont just look into the whey, or soy protien stuff. Its good to either get some cottage cheese to eat before you go to bead, or for something tastier buy some VPX micellean because its essential to consume some slow digestive protiens before your go to bed so your body doesn't catabolized. Ive gained 3lbs a week since ive started this kinda diet 3 weeks ago.

i used m1t, good pumps, but no solid gains, other than that though, i would have to say

I once used it at a high dose, (5.5g a day) and it SHUT ME DOWN HARD, and also gave great gains.
I wish I knew about PCT at the time, I woudlve done some afterwards. Instead i was depressed, no boners, just all around dead like a normal cycle without PCT.
Tribulus has been used for years by Eastern Bloc bodybuilders and NEVER has Tribulus caused a negative feedback loop. Technically, by design, Tribulus would be unable to do so--after all, it was created to cure sexual impotence and Erectile dysfunction by elevating test levels to the high normal range. However, a negative feedback would not be triggered because the testosterone is ENDOGENOUS--made by the body. I have personally used Tribulus as a natural bodybuilder for years with no such problems. Have you EVER taken steroids? That could be your problem....

alternative for AAS...Celltech, Nitrotech, that's what IFBB pros state
