    Amount of Deca?

    Whats the most Deca you have done per week, not counting if you front loaded?

    I am getting to do my first cycle. I choose a test/ deca combo. From everything I've researched (3months now) EQ is supposed to be better than deca.

    i try not to go over 400/week.....after that amount i can't see any more benefits.....
