    hardgainer workout advice???????????

    I am about 140 lbs and cant seem to put on an mass on the upper body. If anyone has a suggestion on a workout routine that might work for me it would be much appreciated.

    p.s. i want to concentrate on shoulders chest and biceps

    work on your diet. Most likely youre not eating enough. Follow the bulking sticky in the diet forum, which you can link to on the main page

    Everyone is different. You have to experiment. Go workout hard 5x a week and eat like a horse. After a while you will figure out what works for you.

    how old are you? you should be at least somewhere in your 20's before you start and have been training for a good 3-4 years. You can only get the full benefit from steroids by having a solid base built, which you dont, and know how to eat and train correctly. Otherwise you'll just lose your gains quite quickly. Besides young kids shouldnt touch them, you risk messing up your body a lot more than someone who has matured more.

    Train your whole body, not just chest shoulders and biceps unless you want to be hunched over.

    Eat like you have just come off a hunger strike, most so called hardgainers only use that as an excuse.

    99% of people are hardgainers bodybuilding is hard work, if you are not willing to put the effort in i suggest you take up golf.

    if u want to gain u must eat. It take 500 extra cal a day for a whole week to gain one lbs.
    Eatting a lot just will make u gain weight.
