    ...in serious pain! NEED HELP!

I hope some of you can provide some insight on this, because i am debating whether to take a trip to the doctor or not.

as some of you know, i juiced some deca on sunday, and I think i'm pretty f*cked up as a result. monday was chest day, and on tuesday my chest was in pain. not the normal type of pain that lets you know you did a good job, i'm talking about pain that really hurts, and restricts movement. well, by tuesday night i felt ok, but not 100%, and i decided to push on an go to the gym. tuesdays are back day, and this morning (wed) i woke up cripled. my chest hurts big time, and my arms and joints hurt like sh!t. i barely have any movement at all, and my chest feels swole like i'm gonna lactate any second. i can't tell for sure, but it even looks like my chest (or should I say, my breasts!) look a little bigger! wtf is that? this can't be from estrogen conversion can it? i don't know, but i'm seriously thinking that the deca i got was either real or some real f*cked up sh!t. i really regret taking this stuff w/out test. i'm downing my dbol 's like m&ms hoping they do something to help. could my doctor give me a shot of test if I told him what's up?

is this normal? i can handle the pain, i am just concerned that i'm losing valuable time in the gym, and i don't like taking off work (this is my second absence in over a year). obviously it will be a few days before i'm back in the gym. actually, if i can make it i'll probably go there just to set in the hot tub.

    thanks bros

I would strongly suggest getting that checked out... if you are crippled in the morning (literally), it doesn't seem to be a healthy sign. Go to your doctor, see if he can figure anything out before you tell him about AS, and if he is clueless by your symptoms, I would break the news. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't mess around if I were in your shoes.

this my first cycle, and i have yet to verify (via mod approval) my source -- it is an online site. i feel pretty confident they are good, but obviously my opinion doesn't hold much merit since i'm new to the game. my gear came from greece, and seems to be legit. but who knows.

i posted pics of my gear, if that could help determine my source's authenticity.

so, does it sound like i got fake gear or is this normal for a newbie? or perhaps my body just can't take this stuff?

my arms hurt too. i can't raise my arms and my forearms hurt all the time, no matter what position they are in. i feel like i have arthritas (sp?) all over. it is a bruising like pain. and if i put my arms on the side and stretch my chest out, it really hurts! i didn't get much sleep because the only position that was ok was on my back with my arms raised on each side. my shoulders hurt as well.

the only good news is that my leg is completely healed; that is, the inj site.

i would take two benadril now wait a little while. to see if it is an allergic reaction. if it is you should feel a little better(this is what i would do not saying you should)if not don't wait any longer just call your usual doc say you need a emergecy app now. they should help you out if you are persistant.

Do Not be a fool when it is your health , take the Vial of Deca with you, he is not going to call the cops on you, is being afraid to tell the truth worth your life? Doctors are like laywers, YOU DO NOT LIE to them...

i was thinking about taking the vial with me. my only legal concern is that i don't want to have this on my medical records, because there is a possibility (remote) that they could be subpoenaed in court during my child custody battle.

ok, i haven't been totally forthcoming with you guys, and i know this is going to open up a whole 'nother can of worms...

the reason why i am even juicing is because i recently lost the motivation to work out, and haven't worked out in over eight months. prior to my slump, i was as hardcore as it gets, working out six days a week, maintaining strict diet, and taking tons of suppliments. BUT, even then i only worked out for about a year at that rate, then i became suicidal and lost interest in practically everything. the only reason why i even started working out like that is because i thought it would improve my chances of getting a girlfriend (pretty lame i know) and i didn't have any success even with an incredible body.

i figured i needed something (like an ace up my sleeve) to motivate me into good health again, so i thought of roids. i started running five days a week for two weeks, then this last sunday i shot up, and hit the weights for the first time in a long while (like i said eight months) and now i'm here today in pain.

so i don't know if i just hit them too hard for not being in shape, or if it is the juice, or both. i thought i'd spill the beans prior to going to the doctor, in case you guys would now think that perhaps i don't need to go.

please don't slam me too hard for this, i just feel like i don't have much to lose so i don't care if juicing is not recommended at this stage. anything is better than giving up (death) so that's the perspective i'm going on.

If what an allergic reaction, it would have happened in 1 min, you injected it, it does not take 4 hrs to go through GI track.! And swallowing down that D like u said u were to counter react it was not to smart either, especially if your kidneys and liver are under duress. I seen a pic of your catnip (gear) it looks bogus to me, but i am no expert, i would think about posting the site were you got this from so no one else gets this junk. That's MHO, do what you c fit and GoodLuck, Oh BTW you don not need muscles or looks to get a girl, just a brain.!

That's your problem, a shot of deca isn't magically going to get you into shape after a long layoff. You should've worked out a few months before starting a cycle, and started up slowly to avoid sever muscle soreness.

I had taken 6 months off several years ago and went into the gym and did a hard leg/calf workout, I couldn't walk for 4 days let alone straighten my legs out.

Let your body recover then go back in the gym and slowly get back into the game by going light with a limited number of sets the first week, then gradually build back up to where you were at intensity-wise.

I would also mention that you probably stopped working out in the first place because you were training too hard all the time, sometimes less is more.

    DAY TWO:

i'm still in almost the same condition i was in yesterday. i didn't go to work today, and ended up making a trip to the emergency room. they said my chest and arms were filled with lactic acid, and I probably strained the muscles. If i tore something they said I would have noticed at the gym and would be in escruciating pain. it will probably be a few days before my tits deflate -- in the meantime i can have fun turning myself on. :P

anyways, hope all is well with everyone.

At the ER, did they just tell you your pecs are full of lactic acid, or did they actually do something for you to relive the pain?

the doc (after telling him my story) just felt my chest and was pretty confident it was lactic acid. He had me lift my arms, etc, to determine my exact range of motion -- which is pretty much my full range but not without experiencing pain. Because he seemed very positive it was lactic acid from overstressed muscles, I didn't tell him about the juice. ...I know.

He gave me some anti-inflamatory pills but said they are more for protection (from getting worse) than anything. he said some light stretching could help release the lactic acid a bit. I'll simply have to ride it out. Hopefully I'll be 100% by monday so I can get back on track.

That is what it sounds like!

I dont think Deca would do that. Especially since you took it less than a week ago.

You got to be more specific on the type of pain you are having.
Is it in your joints or muscles or is it internal like your lungs?

I knew a guy who got some deca online and got an infection in his lungs from bunk gear, that is what it could be.

Maybe you just hurt yourself and slept on the injury wrong and when you woke up you felt the pain.

Either way, stop taking dbol and everything else cuz it sounds like you have no clue at all. You are gona hurt yourself.

So now what you got to do is be more specific and tell us exactly what you did and how you feel.
    AND PUT THE JUICE AWAY!!!!

    WTF

    lactic acid??????

what kind of doc are you seeing???
If he is any kind of doctor, he should know that blood lactate levels return to normal within 15-30 min after exercise.

You probably have injured your soft tissue or muscles in some way!
LAY OFF THE CHEST ROUTINE FOR A FEW WEEKS ..OR GO WORKOUT AND HURT YOURSELF SOME MORE SO YOU CAN BE OUT FOR MANY MONTHS.

That's true, but in this case my muscles have been flooded with lactic acid, and will dissapate over the course of a few days. Obviously, i'm no doc so i can't give a better description than that. He was an emergency room doc, so i'd imagine he is pretty good.

As for your first post, the pain i feel is like this: imagine someone punching you a hundred times on each breast, then a hundred times on your arms. The next day your arms/chest would be black and blue, and that is what it feels like. The pain is not any more deep than my muscles (like internal organs). My chest is swole and looks huge -- even muscular -- but is soft to the touch. i have limited movement, because the pain can be unbairable.

this was a result of hitting the iron too hard after a long break (eight months or so). On monday i did 20 sets of about 6-10 repetitions each for my chest, and on tuesday 16 sets of about 6-10 repetitions each for my back. BIG MISTAKE!! i should have warmed up to it a few weeks before hitting it that hard.

anyways, lessoned learned. what doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

you overtrained and you caused alot of trauma, ligament sprains and muscle strains. ice the area's that are in extreme pain for twenty minutes at time every two hour you are awake. if you went to the ER and they sa no reason to take a blood test and you were honest with them, you have no worries. you just need to recover and lighten up the load. i don't think it is the gear.

Confidential between your doctor and other people, but *not* between the doctor and your insurance company. Usually to get coverage you have to give them permission to see all your medical records, and companies do share information among themselves. If your doctor puts in your records that you used illegal steroids , you may be denied future medical or life insurance coverage by other companies. This has actually happened to people.

not true, there have been many threads on this.

    anyways.......

Hitting the weights after a long break - without warming up - and with roids =

YOu know you probably did small but significant dammage to your connective tissue. The pain you felt was most likely tendonitis.
I had that pain once at the biceps tendon in both arms when I did a rope climbing competition.

You wont feel it now but you will feel those micro-tears in a few years. ALWAYS warm up. People take it for granted and then complain about not being able to move when they are older.

And lay off the juice till you get better educated cuz it is apperent that you need to do a lot more research!

well, there in lies the beauty of hindsight!

it's easy to point out other people's mistakes and shake your finger . But unless you have heard of someone making the mistake I made, or always use a personal trainer, you or anyone could have just as easily made the same mistake. Prior to bodybuilding, I subscribed to Total Fitness magazine, read numerous Internet articles, and read Arnold's Body Building Encyclopedia -- no where did it address working out after taking a long break.

And I certainly wasn't foolish enough to think that I could lift the same weights as I did before -- depending on the exercise, I chose a weight 10 to 50 Ibs less than normal. I worked in as many sets as I normally do (that was the real mistake), and didn't feel overstressed in the least -- in fact, I felt pretty good, as I did in the past after a nice workout. I knew the juice wasn't going to give me "super powers" or anything, so I didn't try to over do it; again, I undermined my actual potential in spite of my being out of shape.

Do Not be a fool when it is your health , take the Vial of Deca with you, he is not going to call the cops on you, is being afraid to tell the truth worth your life? Doctors are like laywers, YOU DO NOT LIE to them...
In some states this will not be true, never take your gear to show anyone unless you are absolutely sure of your leagal rights to privacy in that jurisdiction. In some cases the law requires that the treating physician report any felony action, posession of a schedule 3 controlled substance should do. Simply telling he or she that you are using said items would not constitute this though. Also, as Primo says-You do not lie, or even shade the truth from them, or for that matter here when you are asking for advice. Had you stated from the beginning your full situation regarding time off from lifting and the sudden intesity with which you returned, most everyone would have said to take at least a few days off, this probably is and would have solved your problem minus one trip to the e-room with what I'm sure was a crappy feeling confession to a Doc. Also, you may want to consider not taking, or at least limiting the us of the anti-inflammatory drugs your Doc gave you, espcially if you are popping dbol like crazy, you only get one liver, take it easy on it.
