both but cheeks hurt real bad, stratin to feel better now tho,
i shot 1 cc of test cyp into my thigh yesterday, and i was limpin today, my thigh frekin kills, feels like i got kicked by a horse, whats up with that?

what kind fo gear? You could heat the poil up under warm water or dilute your oil with some b-12. The two usually helpif you are having issues with some painful gear.

i heat it up with a lighter underneath the vial last time, got it real hot, still hurts tho,
the needle moved around maybe too much while aspirating tho, im sure this has somethin to do with it, but my last glute shot was clean, in and out no movement, and it still hurt like a biatch the next couple days.

thats odd I have never herd of any issues with bd gear and especially test cyp.try rotating your sites from your glutes to your quads
