    How much Milk Thistle to take?

    I have been running tren for several weeks now and have been taking 140mg of milk thistle twice daily and 1200mg cranberry extract. What I am asking is this enough, or do I need to bump it up. Taking 100mg of tren acetate ED.

    Bro, the milk thistle I buy is 200mg per tab and I take 5 a day. I don't know how your milk thistle is packaged but you should use more.

    Yep, I take 1050mg a day.
