    Serious Problem

I have not completed my cycle and for the past week and a half I have not been able to work out because of a severly sprained left wrist (It may be broken). I feel like I am losing it all and its tough cause I cant do anything. (I know cause I tried and its to painful, I cant even clap) What the hell should I do.

    What should you do?

SEE A DOCTOR OF COURSE!!!!!!! It's been over a week and a half, you think it may be BROKEN, but you haven't been seen??

    Isn't it pretty clear?

I believe that is the most important, not sure what else would take priority.
