Hi bros!!!
When we are on AS,how do we have to use protein tablettes?For instance,a guy in my gym always eats proteins during workout,is it right?Some of them say 2 tabs before workout,2 tabs after workout,3 tabs before bed.How should we use proteins inorder to get well results?.......THANX

protien, the building blocks of muscle... the more you consume the bigger youll be. period. eat as much protien as you can a day especially while on cycle.

all i could find at the store was a very low dosed tab.
try to get your protien from food,you will need to take like 500 tabs a day to really add up to anything.
Tablets are a new thing to me. how many grams are in a tab? I seriously never heard of them.
the most potent ones i found were 25mg.
whats the point of 25mg protien tabs then? I wouldnt want to waste my time/.
thats what im saying.you would need 120 tabs just to get 30 g or protien,and the 100 tab bottle cost about 5-6 bucks,what good is that.thats why i suggested to get it from food,tuna,chicken,beef,shrimp
dont even buy the tablets,, they are pure shite.
buy some protien mix.
