Beginner. Confused about dosage.

Hi,

I have a bottle of MEXI-PHarm Testo200 20ml bottle.
you can see the bottle in the steroid pics forum.


I weigh 163-167 pounds. My weight fluxuates, I have a fast metabolism.


what dosage should I be taking? I have seen so far, 250, 300, 350, and 500. So not really sure what I should be doing.

The total length of my cycle is gonna be 10 weeks unless thats wrong.


For PCT,

Have nolva on hand incase of gyno.

Should I take both the nolva and the clomid after my cycle or is 1 sufficient?

I am asking because I have read mixed things.

10 weeks sounds good bro. Is this yor first cycle? I had always heard 500 -600 is a good starting number. I am also a big believer in hitting yourself twice a week instead of once... like say 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday for 500 / week.

as for pct, definitley take the nolva and clomid together...

yes i would take 500mg weekly split into two shots like abouve,there will be differin views on this but most will agree,take both clomid and nolva for pct!

yes this is my first cycle. Looking at the needle, I was told to fill it to the (1) marker. I am assuming that is 1cc. So I will fill it to the half marker--1.5.

What is the benefit of doing this bi-weekly as opposed to once a week?

If its test 200 then 1 cc will equal 200 mg. I like to inject twice a week becasue test E is naturally very aggravating to your skin, it just seems to be less aggressive is all... plus, if its your first cycle it will be a plus for the experience in learning to stick yourself and it will not be over bearing to jam all that in ya it once bro...

If you do that twice a week then you will be getting 400 mg a week. you could do more if you want. I would do 500 for your first time. that would be a good first time cycle.

i take it that its 200mg per ml seein as its testo 200,if this is yor 1st cycle you can do 400mg weekly that then will last 10 weeks,to do 500mg you will have to get sum more gear,i would do 500mg myself if i was just startin out but 400 would be okay.

definitely make sure your diet is squared away too. Just that alone will make this first cycle even more productive for you. All the gear and no diet means waste of time/money. Just a reminder. Nice to see you checking things out before you go sticking away...congrats on being smart about that. I agree with above for first cycle. DO bi-weekly injections, fill your syringe to the 1mL mark each time and you will get 400mg/week total. Do that for ten weeks and then do your PCT ( post cycle therapy ) after that. you can look on this forum and find all you need for that. good luck let us know how u do man.

I just read a post on front loading is that basically what you all are saying.

The only thing I see different is the first dose is all at once.
Does it make sense to do it this way.... Is there some benefit?

day1/week1 -- take 400 all at once

week2/monday 200
week2/thursday 200 total 400 week 2

etc

no dont front load... it will cut your cycle shorter than 10 weeks. you have just enough to run 400mg for 10 weeks.. if u get some more test than manybe.. but most people dont reccomend it, i personally dont use that method either. i prefer steady levels througout
