what is the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on cycle like
ok, i guess everyone knows guys can gain up to 20-30 pound first cycle. after those gains are made, what is every other cycle like. is it possible to gain 5 or more pounds of muscle every cycle after the first???
assuming the person we are talking about here was near his potential before his first cycle and eats 2 grams of protein per lb

It varies from individual to individual. Your diet will dictate how much you will gain.

ok, so with an adequate diet, after the beginner gains are made, is it possible to gain 5 pounds every cycle

i dony care about waight at all coz za lean mass doesnt weigh much i did many gears wiz no weight gain but a good gains n the lean mass

IMO i would say gaining 5 pounds at least for any cycle esp. if bulking or lean muscle ass etc. if you do a cycle newhere over 10 weeks I think your diet is wrong if you are only gaining 5 pounds... I can gain that in 2 weeks on weight gainer

IMO no one can tell you how much weight you'll gain on a particular cycle.
it depends on your cycle, your body, your diet, your training, etc etc etc. only you can answer that question...more often than not, your answer will come *after* your cycle.

ya, am kind of planning on doing my first cycle maybe next year, or maybe 2 years, but probably next year. I just kind of randomly though of this question and got really curious about it. i guess its nice knowing more gains will come after beginner gains
