dbol-20mg ED enough to kick start ??
My 1st cycle will be test. cyp. 400mg*10wks
Nolcadex and clomid for PCT
Is dbol -20mg ED (25days) enough to kick start ??
i'm 165cm/61kg training for 3 years 23-year-old
and...do u suggest that I add deca 200mg*10wks to my 1st cycle??
Or just save deca for the next cycle?
any input will be appreciated

you don't need to start with 40-50 mg/day with dbol . imo that is too much when running it your first time. you don't even need to run dbol or deca for your first cycle. i would go with cyp 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks alone. eat well, get enough rest and train hard. you should have good results from that. save the deca and dbol for your next cycle.

400mg cyp
300mg deca
30-35mg d-bol
you dont need a tonne of dbol for a first cycle, that is obvious.
30-35mg ed, imo would work magic for you!
and about the deca
300mg per week, would add a stronger anabolic component in there - personally, go for it - at 300mg - instead of 200mg.
that would be a superb 'first' cycle!

but I can only get one 10ml bottle(200mg/ml)...deca is VERY expensive here..
clomid and novadex are so cheap and easy to get

Run the Dbol at 30mg/ED for weeks 1-4,
30mg/ED is a good starting dosage IMHO

now i bought deca already...I'll save it for my next cycle...
but as u told me,it may not be a sufficient dosage...but I just can't get more....

300mg/week or 400mg/week deca would be an awesome kick!

Alot of you guys on this board give some seriously detrimental advice. If you do not know something, do not post a response. OH, and about 90% of the members on THIS board use WAAAY too much juice, and have NO IDEA about proper dosing for most of these compounds. (This is the difference between American and European bodybuilders.."More is better" attitude)
I do not know your cycling history, but I would NEVER SUGGEST starting with more than 20 Mgs of D-bol. For a newbie, one can easily make gains from only 15mgs. As a jumpstart you should be fine at that dose, and if you are comfortable, up it accordingly.
