Newbie, in unique situation
Alright, i believe to be stuck in a unique situation (we all like to believe that we're unique in some way or another) but,here's my deal....i feel i've peaked ever since i was 19,currently i'm 24 years old and i've been repping 335 lbs on the bench and doing the same weight with everything else as well for 5 years now, that may not seem like a problem and it may not be one either.
my main concern is that i'm at 245-255 in weight annualy, and i just want to keep the mass and lose the fat and be somewhere between 235-245 lbs of mass. i've never touched any steroids with the exception of one cycle of DECA. Now i'm reaching out to you guys to possibly lend some insight and critique both in diet,work out and supplement consumption. If you guys have any other inquiries to extend your imagination on my current situation, feel free to ask. i really appreciate it. :aaGreen22
