    Newbie, in unique situation

    Alright, i believe to be stuck in a unique situation (we all like to believe that we're unique in some way or another) but,here's my deal....i feel i've peaked ever since i was 19,currently i'm 24 years old and i've been repping 335 lbs on the bench and doing the same weight with everything else as well for 5 years now, that may not seem like a problem and it may not be one either.
    my main concern is that i'm at 245-255 in weight annualy, and i just want to keep the mass and lose the fat and be somewhere between 235-245 lbs of mass. i've never touched any steroids with the exception of one cycle of DECA . Now i'm reaching out to you guys to possibly lend some insight and critique both in diet,work out and supplement consumption. If you guys have any other inquiries to extend your imagination on my current situation, feel free to ask. i really appreciate it.

    Well as far as my diet goes, i'm getting 240-260 grams of protein daily
    eating clean, veggies,chicken,some peanut butter, 4-5 times a day
    as far as supplements, i'm taking nothing right now
    my workouts are 6 times a week, 6-7 sets of each of the following, Shoulders and back,biceps,triceps, legs,chest.........and a hell of a shitload of sheetrock at work

    I guess I should be more clear, sorry about that.

    Meal 1 6:30am)- is 6egg whites, 2 regular eggs

    meal 2- etc.. etc..

    follow me here

    monday is back and traps for me

    I do
    3 sets of dead
    4 sets of lats pull downs
    4 sets of bent over rows
    4 sets of barbell shrugs or dumbbell shrugs


    tues is chest and abs

    etc..

    You aren't ready yet, or other wise you'd know what to take supplement and steroid wise. Obviously you've come here for a bit of help and tips, but that isn't really enough knowledge to go ahead and start your first cycle. I would suggest going over to the diet section of the forum and sort your diet out first. Read a few links then come back here and ask any questions that you are uncertain of. We're here to help. I'd take x2 250mg/ml of test. a week for your first one. But not yet of course.

    i agree. also giving your diet and workout really would help.

    the other guys pretty much summed it up. Supplements and AAS isnt really going to do anything for you if everything else isnt in check.

    You really wouldnt be asking these questions if you have really research these two topics

    The diet forum here helped me a great deal.
    I spent time reading and leaning there. Thread
    after thread...I know its not what U want to hear
    But take it from a newer memeber, U can get to
    where U want with the diet in check...really in check!

    It wont hurt to spend some time over there, might
    surprise U

    if u wanna lost some weight just take some lipo 6 and start pushing heavier weights with less reps evetually ull be able to push the heavier weight for more reps and then up the wieght a lil more with less reps and then u will be able to do more then up it again simple
    if u wannt get some serious stregth try some anvar and maybe some winny to stay cut
    also u could just start running a lot and ull lose the fat too
