    Sustanon

    I hear alot of good advice on sustanon being good at 500mg per week. Also it should be shot every EOD. Does that mean dosing on say Tues and then on Thur and waiting til the following Tues to dose again? Or, should it be EOD regardless? And if so, wouldnt that be 750mg plus per week?

    i gained great results off just 500mg per weke bro i went from 250 to 275 in just 10 weeks

    How did you dose it bro? EOD....or every fourth day?

    for 500mg a week i shot on sunday and wed. if your diet is on par your gains wil be great for the last 4 weeks i went with 750mg of sust mon, wed, and fri

    no. at 500 mg per week you would be basically shooting half an amp eod.

    sun 125mg
    tue 125 mg
    thur 125 mg
    sat 125 mg

    if you shot a full amp eod that would be 1000 g a week.

    i would do it every third day so it works out 500mg some weeks and 750mg others but you are keeping your blood levels even.thats how i did my last sus cycle and i made great gains.and 50mg of dbol ed for the first 4 wks to kick start it
