My bigbrother havent gained anything during his cycle so far hes in week 4 on test cyp 400mg pw and dbol 55mg ed.
His diet is allright and he trains hard! but on the scale he has the same weight as before???
He has gotten more volume on his biceps and delts but the rest has no change at all, his bf is lower.
His dbol is bioreaktor and the cyp is from china both are legit and tested so it isent fake stuff hes having.
if his stuff is definatly legit, then he is doin something wrong with his diet, training, or not enough rest. he wont feel much from the test yet but the d-bol should have kicked in. tell him to post his diet and train in those forums
I don't know much about dbol but some people don't start noticing anything with test cyp until about 4-6 weeks.
his diet must suck! no joke.
food makes you grow, not weights - look it up. cuz its true.
if your diet is too soft, you aint gonna be gettin' no where.
eat like 22x your body weight, im clean calories daily.. and if u dont grow off that, while on cycle - nothing's gonna work for you.
200lb bodybuilder x 22 = 4400 calories daily!
now ask your brother how much he takes in during a day!
dbol synthesizes protein metabolism AWESOMELY - i know its not a word.
excess calories on cycle = gains!
insufficient calories = A WASTE OF MONEY!
Either gear is bunk or training/diet/sleep suck.
