    question on clen for ppl whove used it

    I'm interested in buying some clen for after my test E/proviron cycle to shed off the rest of my bodyfat.
    since I know that you'r supposed to do clen two weeks on/two weeks off cycles

    but i have two questions!
    1) Is clen as effective as most hype it up to be?
    2) How much did most of you lose on just the first two weeks?

    sorry for the questions, but im always striving to learn more knowledge

    1- very effective, I guess Im part of that hype

    2-tough to tell what was lost in 2wks. I personally
    have been following hooker's way, and Im closing
    in on 12 wks with clen /T3. My BF has been dropping
    but Im on a diet for 2 years now. Clen was an added
    bous for me...

    diet is truly the key i think

    i lost a lot of weight the first couple weeks on it, and i wasnt even training then but my diet was perfect

    diet hasnt been soperfect lately, hasnt been effective at all the past 3 weeks

    diet and cardio are the keys to shedding unwanted body fat.

    I wont touch clen again. Jacked my resting heart rate to 120 beats per minute!! I'd rather have it take a little longer to drop some bf instead of damaging my heart, JMO.

    Yeah i agree.
    It does work but my heart rated rocketed and it gave me nasty headaches. I wont use it again either.

    no, i dont think its that effective, maybe slightly better than ephedra, for some reason i didnt get any racing heart rate either, i was at 140mcg per day...more sweat though...diet is the key as the others said

    Well, Ive never really delt with a cutting diet before, its always been just get bigger and stronger for me, so could someone give me an example of a diet

    not like the foods and stuff , no need to get into detail

    just stuff like
    calories:
    protein/carb/fat ratio

    basically stats needed for a 200-210 lb man with around 9-10 % bf

    i was runnin clen at 200mcg ED and i didntsee any results unless my diet was perfect... and freakythighs as far as your diet post in the diet forum and read through all the stickys

    for me the clen has my heart racing and my body sweating. I dont know if I am just more sensitive to the drug than others. Ive been on 20mcg a day for 5 days and its still kicking my a$$.

    are you using tabs or a research liquid?
