Hey Guys,
I am 5'3 and 135lbs use to be 170, It took awhile to battle the fat loss. I lost some muscle on the way but have been gaining lean mass. I have obtained 200mg of deca for the first cycle. I am thinking of obtaining sustanon 250, and some clomid. I was
thinking of also adding winny to the cycle. What do you guys think. Also how would u recommend on cycling this.
I want to gain 15 to 20 lbs of muscle

Ok, Deca and Sus are a good combo for a beginner.
However, I could and so can the other guys write you up a cycle no worries. But how about some more stats, age, how long you've been training etc. How's your diet etc.

Great job on the fat loss! That's a lot of weight, looks like you got some dedication. And you're lookin in at a great cycle. Sust/Deca/Winny is a great combo. you got the winny for the deca gyno, and you got test for the deca dick. Looks good. Clomid is essential if you want to keep gains, for post cycle. Look into some Nolvadex incase of gyno. Everything looks good, what kind of results would you like to obtain?? We'll be able to guide you towards doses.

Here is all the info you need.
Ok I have been lifting for about a year and a half.
My diet use to consist of high protein and lowcar and fat.
Since winter is coming, I decided to start bulking up.
So now i try to get in more carbs around 2 grams per pound body weight
and 1 gram of protein per pound.
I work out chest and biceps monday, back and triceps wedn.
Also legs thursday and shoulders and traps saturday.
Since I am trying to keep calories I do 2-3 days of cardio
for 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I would like to be 150 to 155. Basicalyl maybe 15 to 20lbs of muscle gain. Well I hope this helps. Thanks guys

OK here it goes...go to the diet forum and do a little research. You know the basics but there some very helpful posts that will help you maximize your gains. You said you had 200mg of deca...200mg is the amount of deca in 1 ml (or 1cc) of the oil. How big is the bottle...10ml, 20ml? Check it out.
weeks 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
weeks 1-10 sust250 @ 500mg/week
week 13 clomid 50mg/day
week 14 clomid 100mg/day
week 15 clomid 50mg/day
*Get some nolvadex or arimdex in case of aromatiztion

it is a 10ml. Should I use winny?
Hang on to the winny...use it later when you want to lean up. Sust deca will help you bulk up...15-25lbs is not uncommon as long as your diet and training are in order. 10ml of deca will only last 5 weeks...if you have the means pick up another bottle, if not wait...200mg/week won't help you much.

get bloated. Is 400mg of deca to much for someone 5'3.
I have friends who took 200 and gained an ok amt but i don't think it was 20 lbs. Anyway thanks for the help pete. I would also like to hear other peoples input.
no i dont think that deca at 400 is to omuch..anything less imo would be a waist...
and if you can get your hands on it..
i also suggest maybe some dbol maybe weeks 1-4? to kick start your cycle?

hey, time to gain. clomid therapy should loook like this!!
week 13
day 1 - 300mgs
days 2-7 - 100mgs
week 14 - 50mgs, or finish the box at 50ms ED.
Pete, read what cycleon said about clomid. and the clomid article at the top. It takes a significant amout the get the natural test going again. The clomid should be tapered down, not pyramided.

IMO Pete's Cycle is spot on, definately have some anti-e on hand incase of gyno.
Diet has to very good, drink plenty of water.
Split the injections into two, 200mg Deca/250mg Sus say Sun, shot 2 Wed.
I would go with big-guy on clomid as there seems to more theory supporting this method.
Don't rush, get everything absolutely right!
Point taken on the clomid...I'm still learning as well. Will try it that exact way when I finish my deca/sust/d-bol stack. Thanks BG and BA.

OK... I have 200mg 10cc deca (Bovel) will it be ok to use
TTokyo deca after the 5 weeks of bovel... I can't get anymore bovel from my source.... does it matter to use 2 different brands of deca?
No diff. bro...as long as they're both 200mg/ml you're golden. Matter of fact I've heard that Ttokyo is one of the better brands on the market.

Yep you can measure out the required dose, and shoot the rest next time, little bit of an ARSE, but no big deal!
