How many calories a day do you think you burn just walking or doing whatever else it is you do for average person NOT including workout. Now how many calories do you burn say 30min of moderate cardio? how many during 1hr of average workout.
Also i have been told and read that the best way to burn b/f is to be in 60% of your targer heart rate. is this true?
