I never hit the same spot more than once a week. Just use your left glute too.

Rotate the injection sites. Try Quads, there easy to hit. You will start to build up scar tissue if you stick to the same spot.

    This may help:

Like everyone says, you will built up scar tissue. I do right glute and right quad when I am doing every 3.5 day. I can't twist around enough to do my left glute and for some reason hit a f***ing nerve every time I do my lift quad.

Quad are great, lot of real estate.

I try to rotate as much as possible. I actually try to put as much time as possible between injecting the same location.

If this is absolutely not possible, then I would try to make sure you try and not hit the exact same spot every time.

Quads are simple, hit your quad with a 25 guage 1 inch and you won't feel a thing. give it a try.

The medical reasoning behind site rotation is to prevent tissue atrophy and abcess fromation! the risk of an abcess being formed increases as much as 90% when the same site in being used more than twice a week!

The closer to exactly 3.5 days the better. More stability in the blood levels and less sides if you are prone. I have to do my injections the same time each day. Therefore, I am just doing the injections every 3 days. Its easier for me.
