How much vitamin B during a cycle?

I saw a decent post on this recently, but now I can't find it to save my life....I'm on a cycle of Test Cyp and Deca . How much Vitamin B (6-12?) do you recommend daily? Is there any danger of overdosing on B?

You should not use more than 200mg of B-6 as it can be neurotoxic. Now on the other hand you could take B-12 everyday, oral doses even more as they have poor absorbtion, injectable I take 1000mcg per month but I know guys that take 500mcg per day injected...
