so im in my 9th day of an eq prop cycle. 350mg/week prop and 400mg/week eq, when do you think i should start noticing that ive put anything in my body, i know eq is slow acting but i figure the prop will do something soon. what do you guys think

prop starts on day 3-5 and eq around wk6-8
either have bunk gear or shotty diet ... if ur not seeing good gains by wk 4+
what can i do to improve my diet, the prop also doesnt hurt, i heard prop hurts a lot. I can only assume that its real cause the test precipitated out of it and i had to heat it to get it back to normal. What else would cause crystals in the gear?
aww yes very good seeing how diet is 80% of it im going to go w/ you didnt research too much? anyways goto diet forum and learn because the gear only works as well as your diet.
well i eat 5 to 6 times a day, nothing but protein shakes, chicken and beef. Im not as disciplined as i should be but im not eating mcdonalds. and about the crystals, if it were fake would there be crystals?
well you need to incorporate some EFA's and Quality complex carbs as well.
still the crystals question, would anything else cause crystals than actual test, meaning even if there were crystals, might the gear still be bad
how long are you runnin the course for?
Your Prop intake seems low..
Prop should be shot ED.
I did 100mg Prop ED and 400mg EQ/week.
I though the same thing, his EQ is higher then test JMo. Its only his 9th day and no results WTFQuote:
