    help with abs

    Hey all fellow anabolic bros.
    It seems when i work on my abs, the lower and mid abs get th best of it. is there any specific workout for upper abs only???

    yes

    In order to isolate your upper abs, you must focus on the torso movement. To target your lower abs, lifting your legs(leg-lifts) above your abdominal region will do the trick. AB-ROLLS are the best i my opinion for total ab development.

    cool i been doing 300 rolls ed for the past week..i have a nice six pack... somewhere underneathe the beer belly.... hehe

    Do the Kneeling Cable Crunches. I got big upper abs doing it three times weekly. And do it slowly, 2 secs to move down, then wait for 2 secs, and move up slowly in 2 secs.
