I will be starting in July most probably towards the end.
week 1 to 2 Test E 250 mg --- Deca 200 200mg
week 2 to 6 Test E 500 mg --- Deca 500 mg
week 6 to 12 Test E 800 mg --- Deca 600 mg

My issue is that I dont want to retain allot of water cause in my past experience with test I swelled up like a ballon , but then again my diet was not in check.
no need to pyramid or taper. If i was to run winny it would be in the last 6 weeks of my cycle 3 weeks past my last test/deca shot
pyramiding your dose is old school and unadviseable. Stick with a consistant dose so blood levels stay consistant. Why not go 500 the whole way through on test and 400 on deca... also if bloat is a mojor concern spring the extra 60 bcks and get some letro. will keep you dry as ever

I would Keep the Test Enanthate at 500mgs per week. Decca is fine, and no need to taper (EXCEPT maybe the last 2 weeks)
500 is their a reason why I shouldnt go any higher?
no need to go higher. it's a basic start for most, althoguh some advocate low dose cycles and will start out at 300 or so... it's all up to you

I did test e and deca a while ago but I stopped in my 5 or 6 week cause my diet sucked and I was gettting fat.
I just recently came off an 8 week cycle of winny .That worked awesome for me.

techinically it's your third but you dind;t really finish your first one so i woudn;t count it. how much test did u run then? prolly pyramided it right? i woudn;t go much higher then 600 on the test though and since you are staking with deca you shoudn;t need to go any higher then 500....
It was 250 the first 2 weeks and then I kept it at 500..I started noticing results by the third week ....
third week seems kinda soon maybe it was mostly water retention... maybe you're a freak and reponded better lol... regardless me personally would go 500 mg again but keep it 500 the whole time no taper...
