    from prop to susta

    im in my 4th week of deca dbol and prop, myonly prob is i haveto change to sust (dont ask) but for how long shuld i do prop with the sust befor i can keep it just to the sust?

    do i need to preload the sust with prop? or is it ok with the prop thats in the sust? plz hel.... really need help on this one

    Sorry, I would start the sus the day after the last shot of prop and do eod after that. If your doing 700 prop I would do a gram first wk and pull back to 700/wk thereafter. (IMO)
